Delivery

Delivery within New Zealand

Delivery within 5 working days to most New Zealand destinations for orders with payment received before midday (NZT) on weekdays, excluding public holidays, rural deliveries can take up to 2 working days longer.

Since items may ship directly from our stores, your purchase may arrive in more than once package and at different times.

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOX ADDESSES IN NZ, PLEASE SUPPLY A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.

Delivery to Australia

All deliveries to Australia will take between 7 – 14 working days.

Please note, all delivery times are approximate.

PLEASE NOTE: Status Clothing insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility passes to you.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is a FREE service.

All items on this website qualify for Click & Collect. Orders are usually available within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) after completing the transaction. Please select the Status Clothing store you wish to collect from.
Please email online@statusclothing.co.nz for a more accurate estimation if needed.
You will need a copy of your order on pick up.

Deliveries to Australia are charged $25 to anywhere in Australia.

Any applicable taxes or duty charges are to be paid by the recipient of the package.

Online Returns & Exchanges

Full Price Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your online order, please return item back to our online store in its original condition with all labels and swing tags attached.

Unworn and saleable merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment, provided the item is accompanied by an original Status Clothing sales receipt and Status Clothing Online Returns Form.

Unfortunately if your item is returned later than 7 days we may not be able to issue a refund.

If you wish to return any item purchased the cost of the return is not covered by Status Clothing, this is at your own cost.

s soon as possible with details of your request. This is to ensure your re-order. Any exchanges sent within New Zealand will be charged to the customer at a flat rate of $10.00.

Please note, Worn, damaged or altered items may not be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Sale or Discounted Items

Status Clothing do not refund or exchange any items purchased on this website at Sale Price.

Faulty Items

Should an item be faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Your order will include a returns form. Please fill this form out and include it with your returned item or items and online receipt. Please affix your return address.
